Info: One Seed produce raw, organic vegan snacks. They have coconut macaroons in varieties such as Cool Caramel and Cherished Chocolate as well as a range of flavoured nuts and seeds eg Nourishing Nirvana Mix and Sassy Sunflower. Both owners, Dan and Lisa, have studied at the Living Light Culinary Institute in the US, with Lisa continuing studies in nutrition, naturopathy and herbal medicine. In future they plan to extend One Seed to raw food catering, education and consulting.

Info: As it’s name suggests, Threeworlds Organic Pizza Cafe serves largely organic food and drinks centred around pizza. Rising in August 2008 out of the defunct Pizza Patch, Threeworlds Cafe has the distinction of being Australia’s first vegan eatery that asks you to pay what you feel rather than having set prices. The cafe’s associated with the adjoining Threeworlds drum store, where you can also get a variety of vegan drums and other equipment (not all products are vegan).

Open: Tuesday to Sunday 5.30-9pm.
