Info: Fruvenu run raw vegan workshops for groups of 3 people or more in Sydney and surrounding areas including the Blue Mountains. They aim to motivate both adults and children to incorporate more fresh produce into their daily diet. All foods prepared are gluten free – as well as nut free in schools – so cater for people with food intolerances and allergies. Fruvenu also sell a small range of raw food accessories and books.

Bliss Organic Garden Cafe

Info: Using a macrobiotic approach, shokuiku offers cooking classes, catering, and a personal chef for hire. They also provide a bento box dinner service – complete meals in a box – and an ordering service for Japanese ingredients. Food covers both the savoury and sweet spectrums, and all desserts are made with wholesome, organic ingredients, free of refined sugar. Some example dishes are brown rice with sweet chestnuts, pumpkin soup with cashew cream, oven roasted cabbage with kuzu tamari sauce, tofu ‘cheesecake’ with apricot, and amazake tart with seasonal fruit jam.
