Info: A Melbourne vegan institution, the Las Vegan Bakery doubles as a cafe serving dishes from soup to sweets. As far as possible, they use organic ingredients to create food like fishless fingers, calzones, hand cut potato chips, cakes, and muffins in flavours such as cherry almond, pear pecan and lemon ginger. The bakery also caters and their muffins are available in some other Melbourne stores. Cooks Lia Vandersant and Liam Davies have also released a book on soups published by Aduki Press, Soup For All Seasons.
