From Saturday 16 to Monday 18 October, Alexis and Ostii will be running a Yoga and Wholefood Vegan Cooking Retreat at the Hepburn Retreat Centre (formerly Continental House).

Learn ways of cooking grains, pulses and vegetables, in groups of no more than 8 people.

There will be one or two yoga classes each day and meals will be made of food people cook.

Info: Formerly known as Continental House, Hepburn Retreat Centre offers a range of workshops, retreats and breaks, as well as accommodation ranging from a tipi to private rooms. There are different types of retreats from yoga, meditation and fasting to cooking and raw foods. The Centre also caters for events and runs regular banquets.
