They have coconut macaroons in varieties such as Cool Caramel and Cherished Chocolate as well as a range of flavoured nuts and seeds eg Nourishing Nirvana Mix and Sassy Sunflower. Both owners, Dan and Lisa, have studied at the Living Light Culinary Institute in the US, with Lisa continuing studies in nutrition, naturopathy and herbal medicine. In future they plan to extend One Seed to raw food catering, education and consulting.
