Info: Pod Cuisine offers gluten free food made from lentils, beans and grains. Where possible, they work directly with growers to obtain legumes and other fresh organic ingredients. Their restaurant is at the Salt Clinic for health and beauty, however Pod food is also available at other places. As well, Pod donates food to a local Women’s Refuge Resource Centre “so that the women and children in crises experience community care as they begin to build a new life”. They have their own website, distinct from the Salt Clinic, which you can go to by clicking here.
